These terms describe the use of the public website ltopnational.com, operated by Liga ng Transportasyon at Operators sa Pilipinas, Inc. (LTOP). They apply to this informational website, not to a separate membership agreement or insurance policy.

What the website provides

This site shares information about LTOP, its community and activities. LTOP is an incorporated transport-sector organisation, not a government agency. Images of events, organisations or partners do not by themselves establish a government endorsement, current agreement or entitlement to benefits.

Membership and insurance

Online member registration and sign-in are not yet available. This website does not accept applications or payments. Viewing this site or contacting LTOP does not create membership, an account, an insurance contract or coverage.

Any future membership, payment or insurance service will have its own eligibility requirements and applicable terms. Membership alone does not establish insurance coverage; coverage depends on eligibility and a policy issued by the insurer. Confirm details directly with LTOP before making a decision.

Responsible use

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, distribute malicious code, impersonate LTOP or another person, or use contact channels for fraud or harassment. Public website access does not authorize access to staff systems.

Content and photographs

Website materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other rights belonging to LTOP or their respective owners. You may link to this site. Obtain the relevant permission before reusing photographs, logos or other protected material, except where the law permits that use. Do not imply LTOP endorsement or misuse the likeness of people pictured.
